About The Workshop

This Leadership Transformation Workshop will allow leaders to be able to recreate and develop their leadership style to motivate others.  Leaders will engage in the adventure of personal transformation through showing themselves worthy of trust and aligning their own values with the values of their pastor’s vision.  These leaders discipline themselves to utilize the various leadership styles that are required to motivate themselves and others.  The characteristics of the various leadership styles are charismatic, transformational, transactional, and servant-hood.  These leadership styles are developed in leaders after a personal transformation has taken place, which allows leaders to be effective and bring about changes.  Genuine leaders choose a leadership style in order to motivate others to produce results, meet goals, build teamwork and communities, and activate the vision of the pastor.

What Will Be Accomplished

The process of leadership transformation will enhance a leader’s drive, integrity, leadership style, internal motivation, and understanding of the human needs.  They also enhance the leader’s motivation process for meeting the team’s needs and increasing individual productivity. The process of leadership transformation includes the development of ethical qualities, such as integrity, judgment, accountability for individual’s actions, the ability to communicate effectively, and consistent prayer life.  These leadership ethical and motivational skills inspire commitment from one’s followers or team members. 

These workshops define the process of becoming a genuine leader in greater detail.  The workshops will explore the characteristics of genuine leadership by analyzing the personal transformation process of a leader, the ethical transformation process of a leader, the motivational transformation process of a leader, the servant-hood of a leader, and prayer life of a leader.

How It Will Be Accomplished
Leadership transformation of an individual is a lifetime process.  Leaders are not born but made through various life experiences and opportunities.  Leadership transformation requires continual development of the leader's "state of mind."  After leaders have gone through a personal transformation, then they can prepare an organization and church for an intrinsic transformation.  This requires the cutting-edge leaders to remain both aware and open to the infinite possibilities that are present in an environment of continual interactions and change. The transformation process must take place at all levels of an organization or church. 

A personal transformation among the leaders of an organization and church is the first step towards organizational and church transformation.
